Returns
Due to health and safety regulations set out by the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, any wigs purchased from Wig Mistress or from other retailers are not able to be returned or refunded once they have been delivered. For custom styled wigs ordered from our website, customers will receive updates in the form of videos and photos to ensure customer satisfaction prior to being sent out. We aim to have your look completed and made to your unique specifications before we send out, please ensure you have checked the design and are happy with the product before confirmation and postage to you. Once the customer's approval has been given and the item has been posted, a return will not be offered to the client under any circumstances.

Please check the product descriptions before purchasing, and if you have any questions, please contact us and we can answer any queries as quickly as possible. (We aim to respond within 5 working days from the first point of contact made)
Shipping Policy
Shipping is done by Royal Mail first class within the borders of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. International delivery is both tracked and requires a signature from the purchaser. Customers will always be alerted the moment their package is posted via email and will be given tracking details for their reference. If for any reason there is to be a delay in shipping, this will always be communicated prior to ensuring the time frame works.
